Easy and quick cleaning

the rotor hose comes into contact with concrete in the rotor. Both the rotor and the delivery line can be cleaned completely with a sponge ball. Water consumption is therefore very low.


Chambers in the hopper floor and a rotor fitted at a slant to the horizontal ensure that water and concrete residue collect on the hopper flap. At the same time, this prevents stone sediment in the washing water from collecting in the rotor hose after cleaning. This means that old gravel deposits do not block the rotor hose when pumping is resumed.


Almost no residual concrete

Nearly 100 % of the concrete in the hopper can be delivered to the construction site. I.e. no more concrete residue, and detours and expensive concrete residue disposal can also be avoided.


The rotor hose is the only wear part

The rotor hose is the only wear part of the pump and can be replaced very quickly. To protect the hose, it is laid on a fully vulcanised rubber bed.


Delivers even the most difficult materials

Delivers even the most difficult of materials: steel fibre concrete, broken material, screed, foamed concrete, fluid concrete, lightweight concrete up to a particle distribution of 32 mm.

Even pumps broken material, if this has a good share of fines in the concrete mix.


Efficient agitator

The agitator consists of a mixing spiral and mixing paddle. In the intake area of the rotor, the mixing spiral delivers the concrete directly to the intake aperture. Further to the right, the two mixing paddles mix the concrete thoroughly in the hopper. This prevents the concrete from setting, even after a long waiting time.


Pumping in hose lines

Hose lines with DN 65 hoses that are 20-30 m long can be connected without problems. For even longer sections, DN 75 hoses have proven their worth in practice. Trials show that soft concretes of 0/16 can be pumped for up to 180 m in DN 125 delivery lines.

 


Overhang and departure angle

Thanks to the compact design of the hopper and rotor, it is possible to reduce the overhang and to achieve a greater departure angle. The TMP 64 Q is thus the most compact concrete pump of the PUMI®s
